Legendary 25-time Emmy-Award winning “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” to come back for one night only in support of The Actors Fund on Sunday, March 22 at 7 pm - Live!

The Actors Fund announced today that SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky and his husband, producer James Wesley, will produce two daily online shows, entitled “Stars In The House”, featuring stars of stage and screen singing and performing live (from home!) on social media to support The Fund!

The Actors Fund in association with Universal Theatrical Group and Margaret Styne will present a one-night only concert presentation of the holiday classic Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol on Monday, December 16 at 7:30 pm at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College (524 W. 59th St.).

The video, entitled “Gotta Go To The Doctor,” features music and lyrics by Barbara Anselmi (It Shoulda Been You), choreography by Ryan VanDenBoom (“Fosse/Verdon”) and stars Derrick Cobey, Mallory Hawks, Marissa Rosen, Bobby Conte Thornton and Adrienne Walker.

Join us for The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife by Charles Busch, a one-night only benefit reading starring Charles Busch in the title role, originally played by Linda Lavin, and the all-star Broadway cast including Linda Lavin, Michele Lee, Tony Roberts and Anil Kumar. Directed by Lynne Meadow.

The Actors Fund and Playwrights Horizons announced today that New York City producer Iyvon Edebiri is the 2019 recipient of “The Mark O’Donnell Prize”, an annual prize presented to an emerging theater artist in recognition of her or his talent and promise.

Hal Prince was a giant in our industry. His contribution to the history of the American theater cannot be overstated. Hal was also a genuine hero to The Actor Fund.
