The Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation (AFHDC) was created to develop new affordable housing for the performing arts and entertainment community. AFHDC brings together educational programming, advocacy, marketing, and real estate development with the goal of increasing access to affordable housing opportunities for our constituents.
