Join the Entertainment Community Fund for Intro to Financial Wellness, an interactive workshop that introduces the concept of financial wellness and addresses the fundamentals of budgeting with multiple and episodic streams of income.
At this single-session workshop, we consider common financial challenges among entertainment industry professionals and discuss approaches and strategies that make sense when you don’t always earn and spend the same way each month. You will begin to solidify financial goals, identify key resources and learn a simple, step-by-step process for finding your financial starting point.
Intro to Financial Wellness is designed specifically to help creative professionals move toward building financial stability.
This single-session workshop is offered throughout the year and is the first step in engaging in the programming offered by the Entertainment Community Fund’s Financial Wellness Program. Please join us on the following dates, proudly sponsored by Actors Federal Credit Union:

- How do I sign up for Intro to Financial Wellness?
Registration for Intro to Financial Wellness is available through the Entertainment Community Fund’s Client Portal. Please create an account or log in to your existing account at portal.entertainmentcommunity.org. Intro to Financial Wellness can be found in the Workshops & Classes section of the portal.
- If I’m experiencing technical difficulties logging in to the Entertainment Community Fund’s Client Portal or creating an account, who should I reach out to?

- Who can participate in Intro to Financial Wellness?
All performing arts and entertainment professionals working in theater, film, television, radio, music, dance, opera and circus are welcome to register and participate in Intro to Financial Wellness! This workshop is offered nationally and available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories.
- What is the cost of Intro to Financial Wellness?
Intro to Financial Wellness, along with all other workshops, groups and services available through the Entertainment Community Fund are free.
- How long is Intro to Financial Wellness?
Intro to Financial Wellness is a 90-minute online workshop.
- When is Intro to Financial Wellness held?
Intro to Financial Wellness is held on the first or second Tuesday and/or Thursday of each month, as well as other times throughout the year. Please join us on the following dates, sponsored by Actors Federal Credit Union:
