Casting Society Cares
Casting Society Cares provides support and temporary financial assistance to members who are in need.
Financial assistance is available for rent, medical care and other basic living expenses. Grants are made case-by-case, based on need.
The Entertainment Community Fund is committed to maintaining an atmosphere of privacy and confidentiality. We will not release any information to a union or employer without discussing it first and obtaining a written consent.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for financial assistance from the Casting Society of America Relief Fund, a member must:
- Be a current, active member of Casting Society.
- A PDF of membership card must be obtained online:
- Login to www.castingsociety.com → My Account → Billing & Membership → Print Your Membership Card (PDF)
- Document financial need
- Provide most recent checking and savings bank statement, including name, address, transactions and balance totals
- Provide most recent Federal Income Tax Return—first two pages only (1040 form)
- Provide bills for which you are seeking assistance including name and address
