Madeline Ashton is the stunning actress (just ask her) who outshines everyone, while long-suffering author (just ask her) Helen Sharp lives in her shadow. They’re the best of frenemies—until Madeline steals Helen’s fiancé. As Helen plots revenge and Madeline clings to her fading fame, they encounter Viola Van Horn, a mysterious woman with a deadly secret.
