Guided Autobiography for Seniors

An 8-week group for performing arts and entertainment professionals ages 60 and up, Guided Autobiography for Seniors offers participants the opportunity to recall and write life histories via weekly assignments that explore major themes. The group is a safe, supportive space to share experiences from the past, while promoting well-being and creating community. No writing experience necessary.

This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories.
