Self-Help Groups

Al-Anon/Alateen

Helps families of alcoholics by practicing the Twelve Steps. This site explains how to find meetings and what to expect at meetings.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Provides contact information to find the times and locations of local meetings and details on the twelve step program.

This site has a meeting directory, contact information to obtain organizational literature, and resources for people who think they may have an alcohol addiction.
