- Part 3 of this webinar goes beyond the basics covered in Part 1 and Part 2 to explore in more detail how to create a balanced portfolio with fluctuating income. We will discuss pros, cons, and tips involving the three “silos” of investing, including regular investments, later-life resources, and debt control.
