Own private room with twin size bed, desk, shelves, closet, large window, air conditioner. Big kitchen with ALL the amenities. Couch in kitchen with large window. Share bathroom. 1/2 Con Ed (cheap) share Wifi. 1/2 month rent for security and 1month rent to move in. No smoking or alcohol in apt. Quiet. Have older cat that is friendly. Need references. July 1st move in date.
