(I'm currently negotiating the exact price of rent with my landlord, so I don't have an exact number right now.)

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for a lease beginning July 1st. The unit is a spacious two bedroom, two bath unit with a backyard, dishwasher, and in-unit washer dryer in East Harlem, Manhattan. There is a spare room which I am looking to turn into a music/art/writing studio with extra closet space! 

I am searching for someone who is also artistically inclined, so we could both utilize that studio space. One of the bedrooms is smaller, so I have no problem giving my roommate authority over the studio space in exchange for the larger bedroom. 

I am 22 years old and female. Would prefer someone who is around my age who identifies as a woman or non-binary. I'm not opposed to taking applications from men, but I am hesitant.
