Hello!  

Normal, sane, educated, reasonable female L.A. Creative seeking either solo guest house by private landlord, or roommate situation with fellow normal, sane, educated, reasonable female Creative!

It's heading toward the end of April, so I'll say I'm looking for MAY15/JUN 1, $1000-ish. (Prefer Los Feliz / East Hollywood / Echo Park / Silver lake, but open to areas within about 10 miles of Koreatown, really. Including Noho/VanNuys areas in Valley. As long as it's safe, clean, and not a greedy price-gauge.)

Seeking long-term lease for at least 12 months. Seeking on-site laundry & storage, and safe parking. Currently in a studio so I have bedroom furnishings, a few living room accent pieces, typical kitchen/bathroom items.

Gainfully employed in entertainment, retail, and do some 1099 freelance contractor work.
Prefer 40s-50s age group if a roommate or housemate situation, but get along with all grownup age groups, esp. creative types who understand the lifestyle. A bit about me: Love yoga, theatre, music, writing, reading, singing, current events & pop culture, talking, baseball, the beach, a good craft beer, and like my decaf iced mocha a few days a week.:)  Non-smoker, no drugs, no pets, have no kids, no drama. Just pleasant, civil, friendly living and communication.
Excellent credit (800) and rental history. Flexible move-in availability.

Would love to hear from reasonable property owners or potential roommates who want a clean, quiet, professional, fair (and fun!), friendly tenant. If you could kindly provide all usual specs about the unit you're renting, I'd greatly appreciate it: Rent $$, Utils that are included, square footage if available, address/intersection, management company or owner name, phone # and website to confirm it's a legit offering, and of course, photos of the inside of the unit and of outside of building, please.
