Hi there!

My partner and I (plus a small well behaved shih-tzu) are looking to stay in NY for 3 months. Looking to move July or August. We are both in the entertainment industry. We have a beautiful two story 2-bedroom townhouse in Los Feliz - prime location! Walking distance to multiple coffeehouses, eateries and two grocery stores! Griffith Park is right up the street!
