Emergency Financial Assistance
Disaster Emergency Financial Assistance is available for people who have lost their homes, have damage to their home or are on extended evacuation. If you need help creating your Portal profile or applying for financial assistance, please call us at 323.330.2455 or email western@entertainmentcommunity.org.
If you are experiencing a lack of work due to the fires, please complete our general Emergency Financial Assistance application.

Get your questions answered about FEMA applications, learn troubleshooting tips and understand common myths. General topics include the application process, grant size, timeframes, what is and is not covered, as well as support for temporary housing or relocation, navigating denials and the appeal process and understanding FEMA.

Join this drop-in supportive community gathering led by Entertainment Community Fund social workers for California-based entertainment professionals impacted by the ongoing California wildfires. This space offers a chance to connect with others who understand the unique challenges that this disaster has on the industry, share experiences and find solace in the community.
